Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada only.

Orders are processed within approximately 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 CAD (before taxes).

Shipping fees for orders under $99 CAD are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Terra-Sel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Due to the nature of body care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.
